I feel bad for the hand that ends up not Crazy Halloween lady shirt. Especially with the last one, had to get all the leftover icing. Brooke Fliger, Casey Stockard-Burnet, Kayla Collins that second one in the video would make a great birthday cake with birthday wishes. Heavy cream is the secret to my buttercream recipe. Use salted butter, slightly less than equal part vegetable shortening, eyeball the powder sugar until right consistency, and be very very generous with the heavy cream. Whip that for a good while and watch your icing fluff up! Add some REAL vanilla at the end and whip a little longer. (I always put the vanilla in toward the end so the flavor is more vibrant). You now have a whipped buttercream frosting, light, not too sweet, pure white, very spreadable.
